Robert Higgs Joins Liberty and Power
I am delighted to announce that the distinguished economic historian, Robert Higgs has joined Liberty and Power. He will be shown on the new "contributing editor" roll on the right side of the screen as soon as our blogmaster and fellow HNN blogger, Rick Shenkman, returns.
Higgs is currently a senior fellow in political economy at the Independent Institute. He is the author of such classics as Crisis and Leviathian , Competition and Coercion: Blacks in the American Economy, 1865-1914 and is the editor of The Independent Review .
