Hi Everyone, In GA with family and dogs. We left New Orleans with grandson amd extended family members (4 car caravan) sunday night around 5:00pm. Made it to GA 15 hours later. I was so proud of my Saturn. We are scattered but well and safe. Everyone here has just been so wonderful, patient, understanding, and so so helpful. It's overwhelming!


I spoke with another Tulane employee about a week ago and she said that Pam Smith is in Laffyette (spelling)...and doing fine. Some of her New Orleans family are in Houston and doing well. Hopefully Hurrican Rita will behave herself.

I am in contact with Professor Boyden at least once a week (when ever we can get a good connection.)

I miss you all very much and can't wait to return to Tulane and the best department on campus.
