I'm afraid you're jumping to conclusions here. These are yet only a few of many thousands of documents -- and those released for a purpose. They aren't even reliably dated. No reputable historian would reach the conclusion that you have, based on so fragmentary, pointedly focussed, and tenuously analyzed set of data.
