Berlin Wall in Los Angeles [video 7 minutes, 19 seconds]

Eight original segments of the Berlin Wall are in front of 5900 Wilshire - the Variety building - along Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles. The Wende Museum's public art initiative to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.

The eight wall segments (soon to be ten) of reinforced concrete is on the lawn area in front of 5900 Wilshire along Wilshire Blvd. The segments, which are each 12ft. tall and 3.9 ft. wide, face the Los Angeles County Museum of Art directly across the street.
